Peter Procino helped me sell my parents' home in February 2022 and I cannot adequately express how much he went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I was not planning to sell the home when I did therefore, I was not prepared for the long list of things that needed to be done to prepare the home. Since I lived three hours away from my parents, Peter met with contractors to prepare the house for sale, arranged all the inspections and had all the items we didn't need removed from the house. Peter and I would speak several times a week to make sure things were on track and moving along. I wanted to write a review regarding Peter Procino, my Real Estate agent with Coldwell Banker agency. Peter was extremely knowledgeable, professional and knew his business. He helped me sell my Condo for more than asking price and more than I expected. He then helped me find a beautiful co-op that was less money than anticipated spending on one.
Peter kept me informed and aware of every step we went through on the way. He also assisted me with the approval process of the co-op board. It was a stressful sale and purchase but Peter calmed my nerves and explained how everything was going to work out.
I went to Peter with an idea of selling my condo, then purchase a co-op with the money I sold the condo for. He negotiated the closing date with the sale of the condo and the closing date of the purchase of the co-op so that there was not too much time between the sale and the purchase.
I would absolutely recommend Peter to any friend or family member I know. Plus, I would use Peter’s services again any day. He made this all work out, and did it the way I explained I wanted it to happen. Would not have worked out as well with anyone else, I believe.
